RCUAS will be headed by Ulla Preeden

Starting September 1, the Estonian Rectors Conference of Universities of Applied Sciences (RCUAS) will be headed by Ulla Preeden, Rector of Tartu Health Care College. During her tenure, Preeden wants to focus on the quality and evaluation of higher education and the financing of applied higher education.

The purpose of RCUAS is to promote applied higher education and to form the common positions and activities of eight Estonian applied higher education institutions. The Chairman of the RCUAS is elected for one academic year, and Ulla Preeden takes over the management of the RCUAS from Enno Lend, Rector of TTK UAS.
