Dora+ Mobility Scholarships

The aim of the Dora Plus programme was to improve Estonia’s visibility and attractiveness as a destination for studying and research as well as to increase the international competitiveness of Estonian higher education. The programme is implemented with the support of the EU Regional Development Fund.
The first activity of the Dora Plus programme was focused on the study and research-related outgoing mobility of young researchers and master’s students of Estonian higher education institutions (HEI).
Tartu Health Care College supports short study visits (up to 30 days) of young researchers and master’s students and long-term mobility (1 to 10 months) of PhD students. With the help of this activity, young researchers and master’s students from Estonian higher education institutions participated in conferences, seminars, courses, or other professionally relevant activities that take place abroad.
