Development of the Practice System of Tartu Health Care College (PRAK 2)

Summary of the project: Tartu Health Care College conducts training for more than 200 internship supervisors in order to support their digital competences and provide knowledge and skills for conducting internships. Internship supervisors of all curricula are trained, and in addition, there are also trainings above the curricula. In addition, a unique practice evaluation model in Estonia is being developed in cooperation with partners, which allows the practice base to engage in self-evaluation; practitioners are invited to perform for 80 hours.

The aim of the project is to ensure high-quality training of internship supervisors, to involve new practitioners in teaching and to create a unique system of evaluation of internship bases in Estonia.

As a result of the project, more than 200 internship supervisors have completed a 9-hour training on digital competences; practitioners are involved in teaching for 80 academic hours; a unique practice assessment system will be created in Estonia.

The project is supported by the European Social Fund in the amount of 39,094.56 euros and the support is mediated by Innove.
