On completion of the course the student will be able use the basic vocabulary and grammar for the level A1.1:

  • Can talk and write about her/himself, her/his family and activities
  • Is able to participate in the simple daily conversations: to communicate in everyday situations in the street, in the shop, at the canteen and to socialize in a group
  • To understand and use Estonian cases, to conjugate Estonian verbs in the present and past tenses, to use the imperative, to compare adjectives, to use cardinal numbers and expressions of time

  • Critically analyse human resources management of his/her department/organization based on the acquired deeper knowledge about concepts, principles and opportunities of contemporary management of human resources; (incl. principles, mechanisms and processes of quality management)
  • Critically discuss about labour law regarding employment relationships as an employer as well as an employee
  • Provide solutions for problems regarding human resources management following the principles of professional ethics and the acquired deeper knowledge
  • Critically evaluate his/her competencies and developmental needs as well as setting purposes and ways for personal development in the field of management
