Environmental Health

A healthy environment for everyone!

The environmental health specialist curriculum integrates the study of health education and environmental education. The environmental health specialist is a professional who advocates a healthy living environment and daily wellbeing, monitoring/inspecting the fulfilment of health protection requirements and, if needed, gives advice or applies legal sanctions. Environmental health graduates are competent to practise in health protection facilities and also in the fields of environmental health, health protection and food safety. The duration of study is 3 years (180 ECTS).
